When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant introduced B a disguised marriage broker C through a disguised marriage broker B, and planned to enter into a disguised marriage with Vietnam women on condition that he would be provided with free Vietnam free tourism.
1. On December 1, 2009, the Defendant, in collusion with B and C, submitted a false marriage report to the public official in charge of the above Myeon office who is not aware of the fact and entered the said public official into the family relations electronic data processing system, namely, by submitting a false marriage report to the public official in charge of the above Myeon office, who is a public electronic record, in collusion with B and C, there is no intention to marry with D, a Vietnam female female female.
In this way, the defendant made a false report to a public official, and made it recorded false facts in the family relation register which is the same electronic record as the original of a notarial deed.
2. Around that time, the Defendant had his family relation register recorded false facts, such as the preceding paragraph, at the Myeon office in the same village and exercised the electronic records, etc.
3. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall invite a foreigner by improper means, such as making a false entry into the Republic of Korea or providing a false reference, or arrange such invitation to allow the foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with B and C on January 11, 2010, prepared a false statement of marriage, visa issuance application, and fidelity guarantee, etc., and submitted the said documents to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea of Vietnam on the 19th day of the same month, and had the said documents invite D, even if the Defendant was not married with the said D, at an infinite site, the Defendant was not married with the said D.
Accordingly, the defendant invited foreigners to enter the Republic of Korea by illegal means.
