1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 45,868,493 and KRW 40,000 among them, starting January 30, 2017.
1. On February 4, 2014, the Plaintiff leased KRW 40,000,00 to Defendant B and C as of February 14, 2014, and Defendant D guaranteed the said loan obligations.

The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff as to KRW 45,868,493 ( principal KRW 40,00,000,000 per annum 5% per annum from February 15, 2014 to January 29, 2017) and KRW 40,00,000 among them, from January 30, 2017 to March 28, 2017, the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case for Defendant B; until February 13, 2017, the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case for Defendant C; and from March 27, 2017 to March 27, 2017, the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case for Defendant D, 5% per annum from the day following the day of the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case to January 27, 2017; and each of the damages for delay by 15% per annum.
3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
