A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

Defendant

B Imprisonment for 10 months, each of the defendants C, D, E, and F shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 months.

1. On October 9, 2012, Defendant A: (a) at the office of L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “L”) and M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M”) (hereinafter “M”) located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building 808; (b) without obtaining authorization, permission, registration, or reporting under the finance-related Acts and subordinate statutes; (c) the representative H graduated from the department of Seoul National University; (d) the representative H was working for 20 years in the teaching rights; (c) operated and managed listed stocks; (d) the general team leader operating and managing at least 20 billion won of the national representative sports team’s pension; and (e) the trading of listed stocks with the entrusted fund of KRW 500 million to create profits exceeding KRW 1 billion for three months; and (e) the head of the local team that has established the asset management company.
