1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On November 3, 2011, the chairperson of the Dobong-gu Personnel Committee publicly announced the implementation plan of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Employment Examinations for Career Competition for Public Officials in Technical Service (hereinafter “instant Employment Examinations”) on the third time on the 2011.

(1) Class 10 of the technical function of the number of persons employed in the field of employment and in the job group of the number of persons employed in the job group of the class is as follows (Article 3 of the Dobong-gu Office and the Dong community service center, such as affairs of general administration, etc.).

2. Qualifications for application and appointment (common matters);

(c) Requirements for residence: Resident in Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the basis of resident registration (the date of publication).

3. Examination method: Examination of documents and interview;

(a) First examination: Examination of documents - Whether the number of applicants conforms to the determined standards - If the number of applicants is at least ten times the number of applicants to be selected, decision on successful candidates in document screening shall be made five times the number of applicants (decisions on a separate score);

(b) Second examination: Interview - Qualification examination necessary for performing the relevant duties and qualifications.

4. Issuance and receipt of applications for announcement of successful applicants at the place of the examination schedule division: From November 14, 201 to November 16, 201, the administrative support from Dobong-gu Office and the document screening type on November 22, 201, Dobong-gu Office of the Dobong-gu Office of the Republic of Korea on November 23, 201, and the interview on November 25, 201 on November 25, 201;

6. Matters concerning the opinions of applicants;

Even if there is any false fact in the application form, required documents, or if there is a ground for disqualification in identity investigation, physical examination for employment, etc., the pass will be cancelled.
