A. 1) The Plaintiff is a person who supplies, manufactures, etc. the components of a vessel under the trade name of “C” and the Defendant is a person who operates the business of building and designing a vessel, etc. of “D”. 2) The Defendant entered into a shipbuilding agreement with E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) on July 25, 2016 on the part of the hull from among in-depth mixing barge F (hereinafter “instant vessel”) by October 31, 2016.

B. On August 26, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant: (a) placed the front and vertical bridge from the Defendant to the Defendant on September 2, 2016; (b) received the payment of KRW 6,460,000 from the Defendant on September 5, 2016; (c) the Plaintiff from September 2, 2016 to November 10, 2016, entered the amount of each of the instant vessels’ funeral facilities, slopes, vertical bridges, decks (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant parts”); (d) the back-to-dates; (e) the back-to-dates of the instant vessel; (e) the back-to-dates of the instant vessel; and (e) the amount of each of the instant vessels’ respective products manufactured and supplied to the Defendant as follows.
