1. Of the plaintiffs' primary claims against Defendant D, it is about the real estate stated in attached Table 1, Paragraph 3.
1. Basic facts
A. On March 28, 2008, the Plaintiffs concluded a sales contract with Defendant C as follows with regard to the following subject matter of sale, which is the land located within the housing complex to be developed by Defendant C, as the seller’s Defendant C and the purchaser (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
A) Subject matter of sale: ① 8,366 square meters in Qacheon-gun Qacheon-gun (2) 6,906 square meters in S A forest (3) 6,628 square meters in T forest. (4) 975 square meters in U prior to 975 square meters (attached Form 1’s real estate; hereinafter “instant 4 real estate”).
(5) 5 1,907 square meters prior to V (hereinafter “instant V land”).
Of the total purchase price and payment method for the portion other than 264.8m2 to be offered as a road site: KRW 510 million shall be paid, and the down payment shall be KRW 100 million on the date of three installments, the intermediate payment of KRW 354 million on April 18, 2008, and the remainder of KRW 56 million on June 28, 2008 shall be paid, respectively.
b.Special Agreement - When the seller pays the intermediate payment, the seller will cancel the registration of creation of a mortgage over the maximum debt amount of 300 million won and transfer ownership to the buyer.
