1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and Defendant B are business owners who jointly operate “G”, “G”, “H” and “Seoul”, a commercial sex trafficking business establishment, and Defendant C and Defendant D, a person who works as an employee in “G”, and Defendant E are those who work as an employee in Ulsan “H” and “Seoul”, respectively.
1. From October 2016 to April 9, 2017, Defendant A, Defendant C, and Defendant D conspired with each other, Defendant C, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant B posted a commercial sex acts advertisement in the name of “L” on the Internet site of “L”, and, from April 10, 2017 to June 9, 2017, the said Defendants conspired with each other to guide unspecified male customers to the instant officetel, and from April 10, 2017 to June 9, 2017, the Jtel 406, 205, and 402 of the Kimhae-si and Kimhae-si building 507, 907, 909, 910, and 1010, respectively, leased the said commercial sex acts to arrange commercial sex acts between female customers who reported the said advertisement and female customers who wished to engage in commercial sex acts at the level of KRW 260,000.
2. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant E
A. Defendant A and Defendant B conspired with each other from May 15, 2017 to May 31, 2017, and the said Defendants conspired to lease from June 1, 2017 to June 9, 2017, and posted a commercial sex advertisement on the Internet site called “L” with the trade name of “H”, and provided information on the said commercial sex acts against unspecified male customers who contacted with the said advertisement, and arranged to engage in commercial sex acts by having them receive payment from KRW 100,000 to KRW 260,000,00 from KRW 10,000,000.
B. The Defendants conspired with each other from September 2016 to June 9, 2017 (Defendant E was involved only in the process from April 2017 to May 31, 2017) and lease each of the Nin Building 1913, 1516, 1215, and 314, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and “O” on the Internet site.
