임대차보증금
1. The defendant shall pay 40 million won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 1, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
The cause of the claim of this case is the same as the entry of "the cause of the claim" in the attached Form (However, the "creditor" is considered as the "Plaintiff," and the "debtor" is considered as the "Defendant," and the facts without dispute and evidence Nos. 1 and 2 can be recognized by considering the whole purport of the pleading.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 40,000,000 won with 12% interest per annum from August 1, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
