1. The Defendant is limited to the Plaintiff on September 5, 2010 with respect to the building indicated in the attached list.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on September 5, 2010, purchased the building indicated in the separate sheet from the Defendant. As such, the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer for the said building on the ground of sale.
2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
