Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 11, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) around 500 meters away from the 17th parallel line of war, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, etc. to the road at the southwest of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant used a 1,200c son without a license plate owned by the Defendant, driving a 1,200c wheeler, which is an exclusive road for a motor vehicle with which the passage of the two-wheeled vehicle is prohibited.
2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act: (a) operated an automobile with two-wheeled vehicle without the number plate attached to the Defendant, at the same time, at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (1).
3. On September 11, 201, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around September 14:01, 201, the Defendant did not possess a driver’s license, who was subject to a request for the presentation of a driver’s license, from a policeman, a police officer affiliated with the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station C of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station, on the safety zone on the road at the southwest of Sungsan Seosan, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and on the same grounds as
At the same time, the above police officer's inquiry into personal information was made in response to the name "E" and the resident registration number "F" as the defendant was "E" and illegally used the E resident registration number.
4. The Defendant: (a) committed the act of forging a private document and exercising the said investigation document on the ground of the foregoing paragraph 1 and the foregoing paragraph 2, at the same time, at a place as mentioned in the foregoing paragraph 3; (b) was controlled by D police officers, a police officer affiliated with the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station C, and without authority, for the purpose of uttering; (c) without authority, the Defendant violated Article 63 (Violation of Prohibition of Traffic, etc.) of the Road Traffic Act by operating approximately 1km along the exclusive road of a motor vehicle, the passage of which is prohibited by a non-registered vehicle at the point of end of the Sung-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu; and (d) in the column of the main text, “F” and “F” on September 11, 2016.
"E" shall be stated in the column after September 11, 2014 and the defendant's seal shall be affixed thereon.
