1. The Defendant’s KRW 390,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from December 28, 2005 to May 22, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on June 27, 2005, lent KRW 390,00,000 to the defendant. A notary public, on December 27, 2005, on the issue of the issuer, face value of KRW 390,000,000, and the date of payment, received the notarial deed of promissory Notes No. 935, 2005, and the defendant did not pay the above amount until then. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay the above KRW 390,00,00 and delay damages from the date following the date of payment.
