Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000, respectively.
The defendants are the defendants.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall register any real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.
The Defendant purchased from D around November 2010 the building No. 417 (33.06 square meters in the exclusively owned part) in 86 million won and became the actual right holder of the said real estate.
1. Although Defendant A did not have sold the above real estate to Defendant B, the above Defendants concluded a title trust agreement with Defendant A, around November 23, 2010, to complete the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the above real estate, around November 23, 2010.
Defendant
A, on December 3, 2010, completed the registration of ownership transfer of the above real estate under Defendant B’s name, and registered the ownership of the above real estate under Defendant B’s name in accordance with the title trust agreement.
2. Although Defendant A did not have sold the above real estate to Defendant C, the above Defendants concluded a title trust agreement with Defendant C to complete the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the above real estate in Busan Japan around June 11, 2012.
Defendant
On June 21, 2012, A completed the registration of ownership transfer of the above real estate under Defendant C’s name, and registered the ownership of the above real estate under Defendant C’s name in accordance with the title trust agreement.
3. Although Defendant A did not sell the above real estate to F, the above Defendant and F entered into a title trust agreement with Defendant AF, around September 25, 2012, with which Defendant A would complete the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the above real estate in Busan Central District.
Defendant
A on October 10, 2012, upon completing the registration of ownership transfer for the above real estate under F’s name, registered the ownership of the above real estate in F name according to the title trust agreement.
