1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 454,00,664 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 30, 2012 to the day of complete payment.
1. Basic fact-finding Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “dusan Construction”) subcontracted to the Defendant the “construction works for lectures and cables” among the construction works for the multifunctional administrative city 1,000 supply and demand from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation.
On January 12, 2012, the Plaintiff received re-subcontracts from the Defendant on January 12, 2012, with the construction cost of KRW 2.365 billion (including value-added tax) from the Defendant, on January 12, 2012, on January 12, 2012, and on June 30, 2012.

Total amount of KRW 2,365,00,000 for the month of payment for the direct payment of the position of a subcontractor on April 3, 2012, KRW 70,794,541 won on March 3, 2012, which is the aggregate of KRW 70,794,541 won on April 16, 2012; KRW 55,711,030 on April 4, 2012; KRW 30,000,000 on May 330, 200; KRW 298,371; KRW 186,60 on June 417, 2012; KRW 200 on June 28, 2012; and KRW 97,496,497; and KRW 297,945,79; and KRW 97.29,79,945,79.294
