However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price due to the lack of cash, etc.

The Defendant used the PC equivalent to 10,000 won from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired property benefits equivalent to the above amount.

3. On January 25, 2014, from around 15:00 to January 26, 2014, the Defendant used a computer as if the Defendant would normally pay the PC using the PC at “KP” managed by the victim J on I and I underground floors in Jung-gu, Seoul.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price due to the lack of money.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, used a computer for about nine hours and did not pay 9,300 won of the price, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

4. The Defendant completed from February 8, 2014 to February 00:50 to February 9, 2014, the “NPC” managed by the victim M in Jung-gu, Seoul.
