1. Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) F, and Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) G against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

Reasons

A counterclaim against a principal lawsuit shall be deemed to be simultaneously filed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. I. On the gas main pipeline installed by Samcheon-ri Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Samcheon-ri, hereinafter referred to as the “Seocheon-ri”), such as the 238 square meters of a road (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”), M road, 97 square meters of a road (N,O, and P are owned by the State), Qul-si (referring to the ownership of two roads as well as one ditch, etc.; hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”), the gas main pipeline and the gas main pipeline installed underground, which are connected with the gas main pipeline from the gas main pipeline, are located in the underground, and the location connected with the gas main pipeline with the gas main pipeline is located at 238 square meters of an I road.

As shown in the first drawing, the owners of land adjacent to the dispute of this case, including the plaintiffs, using the dispute of this case as the roads of this case, are passing through. On the underground of the dispute of this case, urban gas pipelines, water supply and sewage management are installed as above.

The apartment house of 2nd floor of reinforced concrete structure (refinite concrete roof) owned by Defendant P is being supplied with urban gas by connecting the main urban gas pipelines on the instant dispute land owned by Defendant P, such as the 2nd urban gas pipeline network drawings, from the connected point of the main urban gas pipelines located on the instant dispute land.

S shall complete and use the construction of urban gas facilities on the third and fourth land buildings.
