Punishment of the crime
1. 2. 3. On April 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, such as the Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts by Defendant J (sexual traffic) received 39,000 won per person from H around April 2, 201, and engaged in commercial sex acts by sexual intercourse with a male customer who is not his name.
4. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts by Defendants A, B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant F, and Defendant G’s act of arranging sexual traffic (sexual traffic brokerage) is a person who has provided a face to many and unspecified males who are going through the street of a single unit, such as the R No. 1 in Q in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
