However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act due to the crime of unlawful use of air defense, and registration number plates shall unlawfully use seals, signatures, names or marks of public officials or public offices for the purpose of exercising them, and shall not unlawfully use the registration number plates;

Nevertheless, around November 2016, the Defendant attached the registration number plate B of SOC550, which was owned by the Defendant and was not registered due to a breakdown in the vicinity of the non-op port located in the non-op port located in the Sinsan-si 95, Sinsan-si around November 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant used the mark of public office unlawfully and used the registration number unlawfully.

2. On November 2016, from around February 2018 to around 50, the Defendant illegally used air defense events: (a) operated SOD740 stacks, where B registration license plate is attached, in a section of approximately 50 meters to the front sea from the said B B B from around 50 meters to the front sea; and (b) exercised the air defense illegally used by drifting by connecting it to the Defendant’s car.

3. No automobile violating the Automobile Management Act due to operation of an unregistered automobile shall be operated unless it is registered in the register of automobiles;

Nevertheless, on November 2016, the Defendant purchased SOD740 Ticker from a person who was not injured in his name and operated the said SOD740 Ticker, which was not registered in the vicinity of the non-conception port located in the 95 U.S. Sinsan-si from February 2018.
