1. The Defendant’s KRW 17,500,000 as well as 20% per annum from July 1, 2010 to June 4, 2020 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by public notice) shall apply to the case of the creditor.
