A. The status of the Plaintiff et al., Dongbu Construction Co., Ltd., enzymba Engineering Co., Ltd., Handi Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Kook Global Co., Ltd., and the name of the company was changed to the name of the company at the time of the instant bidding, but thereafter, the name of the company was changed to the name of the company.
For the convenience of hereinafter referred to as the "culty global".
The term “stock company” is omitted in the name of the company, and the above six construction companies are all engaged in the construction business, and the former Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (amended by Act No. 10166, Mar. 22, 2010; hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”) is a business entity under Article 2 subparag. 1 of the former Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (amended by Act No. 10166, Mar. 22, 2010).
B. 1) The public tender outline of the construction project refers to “a highly advanced waste incineration or food resource recycling facility that recovers and reuses energy generated during the operation of incineration facilities while sanitary and stable treatment of household wastes, food, waste, etc.” The Korea Land Corporation and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation were integrated on October 1, 2009 and became the Korea Land and Housing Corporation. The following is an order issued by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation for a bid for the construction of the Creging Center facilities in the Kimpo-si and Namyang-ju (hereinafter “Mapo-si”), the outline of the construction project, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-ro Green Center facilities construction (hereinafter “Mapo-si”) and the construction of the Creging Center facilities in the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Land Corporation”) 84 metric tons/day (42 tons x 42 tons) and 40 metric tons/day (20 x 28 months from the date of commencement of the construction project (including the comprehensive construction site construction period).
