A. The Plaintiff agreed to lease three-lane equipment (hereinafter “instant equipment”) necessary for the C.W carcing construction (hereinafter “instant construction”) to the Defendant in a way that injects cement with the Defendant by inserting cement columns, and completing the walls. The Plaintiff leased the instant machinery at a one-lane construction site, but was not paid KRW 5,00,000 out of the rent. From February 1, 2016 to February 29, 2016, the Plaintiff was obligated to rent the instant machinery at a two-lane construction site to rent KRW 65,00,000 and to rent KRW 65,00,000 for the instant equipment at a two-lane lower-lane construction site and the Defendant completed the construction, and thus, the Plaintiff is obligated to return part of the instant equipment to the Plaintiff (i.e., KRW 54,16,666 until March 25, 2016, KRW 00, KRW 000, KRW 5000, KRW 2000, KRW 5000.

B. The Defendant contracted the instant construction to the Plaintiff specialized in performing the instant construction work at KRW 45,00,00,000, but failed to pay KRW 5,000,00 among the construction cost relating to the first C construction work. However, the Plaintiff started from January 21, 2016 to the second construction site at the construction site in the middle of the period from February 1, 2016, the Plaintiff’s employees’ skilled training was insufficient, and the instant construction work was considerably delayed due to the replacement by the Working Group’s causing drinking water, and there was a large number of serious defects, such as drinking water, water and steel materials flow, and even after the completion of the construction work at the second construction site, the Plaintiff left the instant machinery on behalf of the Plaintiff, thereby hindering the Defendant’s subsequent construction work.
