1. The defendant
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. 6,650,000 won and the same shall be July 2015.
1. From April 30, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to pay deposit of KRW 20,000,000 for rental deposit and monthly rent of KRW 650,00 for the real estate stated in the separate sheet with the Defendant. Around April 29, 2011, the Plaintiff decided to increase the monthly rent of KRW 700,000 for the rent of KRW 38 months as of June 29, 2015. As of June 29, the Plaintiff delayed the payment of KRW 26,650,00 for the rent of KRW 38 months, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim for the return of unjust enrichment from June 30, 2015 to the delivery date of the building.
