Reasons
The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and therefore, it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 201Da420, Apr. 1, 201; Supreme Court Decision 201Da4278, Apr. 2, 201). Thus, the conclusion of the judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable, and the Defendants’ appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition
