Reasons
The grounds for raising an objection against the final judgment shall accrue after the pleadings have been concluded.
The grounds for objection raised by the Plaintiff do not constitute grounds for objection, since the claim had already expired by prescription prior to the date of closing argument in the final and conclusive judgment of this case.
