1. The defendant shall pay 43,000,000 won to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons
1. On October 28, 2010, the Plaintiff leased the lease deposit amount of KRW 43 million from the Defendant, Suwon-si, KRW 301,00,000,000 from November 21, 2010 to November 21, 2012, and paid the lease deposit around that time. The said lease contract was terminated upon the expiration of the period. Accordingly, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 43 million against the Defendant.
