B From January 18, 2013 to August 8, 2016, the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “E Medical Care Center” operated a medical welfare facility for older persons, which is a medical welfare facility for older persons, comprised of nine inmates. Defendant A served as a deputy governor of the above medical care center for the same period as the spouse of the above B.

1. Welfare of the Aged Act;

(a) No person who has committed violence against the body of the aged, or who has injured the aged;

1) On June 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the first floor room of the above medical center on the medical center: (b) on the ground that a dementia patient, who was admitted to the medical center, and was under medical care, was sprinking water in which the victim F (nive, 90 years of age) was sprinked; (c) committed an assault on the body of the elderly at one time to be sprinked with the victim’s hand; (d) on the 25th of the same month, the Defendant carried the victim’s arms at the above place; (e) on the ground that the said victim was sprinked without being locked; (e) the victim’s face was shicked; and (e) on the same day, 02:55 on the same day, the victim’s face was tightly sealed with the victim; and (e) the victim’s face was sprinked into the right eye of the victim; and (e) the number of days of injury for the elderly.

3. On the 25th day of the same month, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, who is an elderly person, on the grounds that the victim had sound while exchanging the diapers, as he deals with the remaining body of the victim without permission, was milched, pushed down, and pushed down the body of the victim by hand.

B. While Defendant B, rather than a caregiver, used the above A, and allowed A to care for the elderly in connection with the Defendant’s business, the Defendant committed an assault against the victim F, who is the elderly, and suffered injury as prescribed in the above A.
