At around 10:00 on January 8, 2018, the Defendant collected plastics (30cm in diameter, 30cm in height, 30cm in length) from the center of residence of the victim D (n. 85) located in Kimcheon-si, and brought about a dispute with a neighboring resident, which is not good, while making it difficult for the Defendant to do so.
