Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on October 26, 2020, deposited a total of KRW 10,000,000 for the obligations and enforcement expenses under the protocol of conciliation entered in the order with the Changwon District Court Jinju branch in 2020 gold No. 1206 in full as of October 26, 2020, thereby seeking the exclusion of enforcement force.
