On June 2, 2015, from around July 3, 2015 to around July 3, 2015, the Defendant joined the private gambling site “B” where a person who was unable to use his/her mobile phone at his/her irregular phone was in operation.

In addition, the Defendant transferred 47,626,000 won via the account in his name of the National Bank (Account Number: C) in 51 times, as stated in the attached list of crimes, after transferring the amount of money to the non-deposit account to be used in the above gambling site.
