1. On May 16, 2012, the Defendant conspired with C, etc. to enter false statements in public electronic records, etc., and to enter false facts in the Supreme Court’s family register network, which is a special media record for electronic records, by making the public official’s false report on the fact that C had a public official enter false facts into the Supreme Court’s family register network, which is a special media record for electronic records, by having C and D enter the false facts into the register of the Supreme Court’s family register, by making C and D enter the marriage report as if C and D were genuinely married, without any genuine intent to marry. At that time, the Defendant had C and D enter the false facts into the register of the Supreme Court’s family register, which is a special media record for electronic records.

The Defendant, including that, from May 16, 2012 to October 8, 2012, from around May 16, 2012, entered false facts in the Supreme Court’s family register network in total at least 13 times in the same manner as indicated in the annexed crime list, and exercised the same by making the screen showing false facts appear.

2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. The Defendant had the intent to forge a real estate lease contract, which is a document required to apply for a visa to enter the Republic of Korea for a disguised marriage with E. On October 2012, the Defendant, at a place where the location is unknown, using the pen in the form of the real estate lease contract, stated “Tgu Seo-gu G”, “T million won” in the deposit column, “H,” “E” in the lessor’s resident registration number column, “E” in the lessor’s resident registration number column, and stamped the above H and E’s seal which the Defendant arbitrarily posted on his/her name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant has forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of H and E, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
