Punishment of the crime
1. 2. The Defendant: (a) was the principal business of a sexual traffic business establishment called Q Q, and (b) around March 30, 2016, on the trade name of “F” hotel 1309; (c) placed an advertisement on the above Internet site as a sexual traffic brokerage advertisement; and (d) received KRW 400,000 from the male police officer who pretended to visit and contact the advertisement; and (d) directed the police officer as the above hotel 1309, waiting for a female sexual traffic business.
Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
3. On April 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) as the principal business operator of a sexual traffic business establishment called Q Q, and the head office manager of a sexual traffic business establishment called “S”, and (b) around April 25, 2016, the Defendant sent an advertisement to arrange sexual traffic, as described in paragraph (2), with two male customers including WW, etc., who reported and searched for such advertisement, and directed male customers of the above hotel 903, waiting for X, a female sexual traffic business establishment in Seoul, and had them do sexual intercourse with X and sexual intercourse.
