In the case of hospitalization due to disease and disaster, the Defendant subscribed to ten guaranteed insurance policies that cover the daily amount of hospitalization, nursing expenses, diagnosis expenses, and expenses for surgery of female chronic disease in proportion to the number of days of hospitalization, and attempted to receive a large amount of insurance money that can be able to receive through long-term hospitalization even in the case of a disease that can be able to receive a long-term hospitalization, as it does not require surgery for a long-term period of time.

From March 10, 2008 to April 14, 2008, the Defendant hospitalized at D Hospital located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan for 36 days in the name of urology, high blood pressure, etc., and performed personal work by going out of the hospital during the period of hospitalization. Although the above 36-day hospitalization was not required for 36-day hospitalization, the Defendant submitted a written confirmation of hospitalization, a written claim for insurance money, etc. to the victim Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and received KRW 2,850,000 from the above victim company as insurance money on April 22, 2008.

In addition, the Defendant, from February 20, 208 to February 4, 2014, received 222,053,736 won, including the insurance money, from seven damaged insurers, and received 222,05,736 won in total as the insurance money, even though the Defendant did not actually require hospitalized treatment or surgery over a total of 60 times, such as the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.
