1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 66,538,593 and KRW 59,115,765 among them, 18% per annum from June 18, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Comprehensively taking account of the overall arguments and arguments set forth in Gap evidence 1 through Gap evidence 5, the defendant transferred 83 million won to the plaintiff on June 25, 2013 on June 25, 2018; 13.13% per annum; and 18% per annum; the defendant paid interest accrued until October 25, 2014; 6,060,755 won and overdue interest at KRW 1,94,914 and overdue interest at KRW 1,965; 451,965 won per annum; 36.5% per annum; 46.5% per annum; and 96.5% per annum; and 96.5% per annum; 1,965 won per annum; 36.5% per annum; 1,965 won per annum; 46.65% per annum; 15.65% per annum; 16.45% per annum; 16.65% per annum;
