1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally and severally with C to the plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the period from November 5, 2005 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”, and the part against Defendant B is limited to the part against Defendant B by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
