Although it is necessary to strictly punish a person who committed an obstruction of the performance of official duties, the sentence of the court below is reasonable in full view of the following factors: (a) the first offender is the offender; (b) the background leading up to the offense; and (c) the background leading up to the offense; and (d) the Defendant’s age, character and conduct; and (b) the circumstances

3. In conclusion, the appeal filed by the defendant and the prosecutor is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
