Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On June 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on January 2, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 24, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】 The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and shall not receive or trade psychotropic drugs unless he/she is a person handling narcotics.
1. On August 20, 2018, around 22:30 on August 20, 2018, the Defendant purchased KRW 0.5g in cash 200,000,000 from D’s B, parked on a road adjacent to the CPC located in Chuncheon-si, CMF, and purchased 0.5g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in D for a single-use injection (hereinafter referred to as “clopon”).
2. On September 20, 2018, the Defendant purchased KRW 0.4g of 200,000 in cash from D, which was parked on the road in front of the G community service center located in Chuncheon-si, G community service on September 20, 2018.
3. On September 21, 2018, around 23:40 on September 21, 2018, the Defendant promised to purchase from D to purchase 0.3g of opon from D on the front of the Hocheon-si Hambur. However, unlike the commitment, the Defendant, unlike D, provided KRW 0.2g of opon and purchased cash KRW 100,000,000,000,000 from D, and requested on September 22, 2018, at around 20:30 on September 22, 2018, the Defendant demanded that the opon received by the Defendant be short of 0.1g of 0.1g on the front of the G community service center located in Chuncheon-si, G-si, which entered into D for one-time injection, purchase the total 0.3g of opon from D.
4. On September 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) called D around 04:40 on September 23, 2018; (b) called D with insufficient amount of opon; and (c) received approximately 0.1g of oponon from D before Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si, by receiving a delivery of 0.1g of oponon from D without compensation.
5. On October 6, 2018, the Defendant gave 100,000 won in cash from D at the front parking lot of the Chuncheon-si J Studio building in which D resides, around October 6, 2018.
