A from August 20, 1986 to March 26, 2012, Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “T&T”) engaged in the business of selecting a collaborative company that supplies printed circuit board (PCB), etc. under K while working for Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “T&T”), and Defendant B was in charge of the business of selecting a collaborative company and determining the quantity of order. Defendant B was supplied with a cell phone board (F-PC) as part of a mobile phone that supplies L&E to the collaborative company from January 1, 2005 to March 20, 2013, while serving as an employee in charge of the internal purchase of electronic and electronic equipment from January 1, 2005 to March 20, 2013.

1. On February 1, 2011, Defendant A received KRW 5 million in cash from N, the representative of Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M”) that supplies a tobacco circuit board (F-PCB) to the primary supplier of Samsung Electronic, at a restaurant where it is difficult to know the trade name near the Suwon-si transferdong at Suwon-si, Defendant A, along with an unlawful solicitation to the effect that “M may supply a large number of printed circuit board to the persons in charge of the said primary supplier, in order for the first supplier of Samsung Electronic, to be able to supply the printed circuit board to the said primary supplier, the (ju), the (ju), and L, etc., and received KRW 240 million in total from around that time until October 28, 2011.”

2. On January 2010, Defendant B received an illegal solicitation from N, the representative of M, who is a collaborative company that supplies L with an annual circuit board in the L office located in Sungsung-si, and received 2.5 million won through the Defendant’s bank account (Account Number: P) around January 20, 2010, as indicated in the attached Table (2).
