1. On April 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off the front and rear number plates of the F vehicle in the market price in which the victim E is kept for scrapping due to the old use period; and (b) cut off the front and rear number plates of the F vehicle in the city in which the victim E is placed for scrapping.

2. Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business, such as motor vehicle trading business, shall register with the competent authority;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without the registration of the competent authority, illegally staying in the Republic of Korea without the registration of the competent authority, made the Internet Facebook “G”. The Defendant posted an advertisement to the Republic of Korea by receiving the vehicle photograph, characteristics, and the desired selling price from an individual or corporation who reported and contacted the above Facebook, etc., and then, posted the advertisement to the above Facebook. On April 17, 2016, the Defendant intended to directly transport the vehicle to Vietnam who wishes to communicate with the said advertisement, and around 13:15, around 15, around 2016, registered the car sales business from around 16:0 to around 16:0 to around 17, 2016, around 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) registered the car sales business from around 100,000,000 to 2,000,000,000,000,000,000.

3. On April 17, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and the Guarantee of Compensation for Damages of Motor Vehicles: (a) operated an ISS3 motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance without a driver’s license within approximately approximately 250km section from the insular area to the H insular area near the Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun.
