Nevertheless, from April 2012 to April 18, 2013, the Defendant operated the above establishment in the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone near the ‘Fmiddle School in Busan Seo-gu', which is located in Busan Seo-gu, and operated a business which is likely to cause similarity to unspecified male grandchildren by installing three smuggling partitioned with partitions.
