1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 40,000,000 won and each year from August 1, 2014 to August 24, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Grounds;
(a) Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment without holding any pleadings following the submission of a written reply);
B. Under the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement, October 1, 2015), statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
