1. Basic facts
A. On March 1, 2013, the Plaintiff was appointed as an assistant professor of the music department of C University (the assistant professor of the non-retirement Prize) with the term of appointment from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2019. 2) The Defendant is a school juristic person operating C University.

The Defendant’s decision to reject the Defendant’s reappointment of the Plaintiff: ① every two years during six years for the re-election pursuant to Article 8 of the Regulations on Non-Retirement Age; ② the total sum of A and B as a result of student lectures shall be at least 65% of the average; ② the Plaintiff’s performance of research papers at least one (100) within the domestic professional academic area.
