[criminal records] On August 21, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court, and on December 21, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of the said sentence in the branch of the Daejeon District Court.

1. Larceny;
A. On January 2, 2016, at around 07:20, the Defendant discovered that the victim E (52) walked a Dong in order to go to the toilet, and did not correct the tea, and that the Defendant opened and driven the driver’s seat of the vehicle XG (F) with an amount equivalent to KRW 3.6 million at the market price, such as the electric tools owned by the victim, in which the goods worth KRW 3.6 million, such as the electricity tools, are loaded, at the front of the Daejeon-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City (2).
B. On January 4, 2016, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim I (31) walked in the front of the Heart club located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu in order to put the victim I (31), did not correct the door, and (b) opened and operated a white A6 (J) driver’s seat in the amount of KRW 84 million at the market price owned by the victim, and stolen it by means of opening and operating the driver’s seat in a white A6 (J) in the amount of KRW 84 million.
2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.
A. On January 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 07:20 on the front of the Daejeon Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-dong; (b) via the same Sung-dong, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, and Yongsan-dong; and (c) affix the following seals thereon.
1. 3. Around 04:55, around 80km section from K to the front road of a restaurant located in K in the official city, without obtaining a driver’s license, the twit XG vehicle (F) that was stolen from paragraph 1(a).
B. On January 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) from the front day of his Heart club located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-dong, Gongju-si, and Daejeon-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, with the following seals affixed thereon.
1. 5. Around 07:00, a person driving a motor vehicle (J) which was stolen from paragraph 1(b) without obtaining a driver's license from approximately 70 km section to the front road of the U.S. church in the Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon.
