1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 106,019,685 won and the interest rate of 12% per annum from February 21, 2019 to the day of full payment.
1. On September 28, 2001, the Defendant with the indication of the claim received each loan from the C Association, from each D Association on September 27, 2001, and December 6, 2001, and E guaranteed the above loan obligations.
The Defendant failed to repay the above loan obligations and thereby E acquired the claim for indemnity by repaying the loan obligations.
E received an order to pay the amount of indemnity from this court on August 3, 2009. The Plaintiff who acquired the above amount of indemnity claims filed the lawsuit of this case for the purpose of extending the prescription period of the above amount of indemnity claims. 2. Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act of this case by a confession.
