Reasons

1. Although the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to pay the amount stated in the above purport of the claim, this Court’s judgment rendered on April 23, 2019 omitted in its judgment, and thus, rendered an additional judgment on this part in accordance with Article 212(1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
