The facts in the cause of the claim are either disputed between the parties, or acknowledged in full view of the entries in Gap evidence 1 through 4 and the purport of all pleadings.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the money stated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition to the plaintiff within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased B, so the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
