차용금
1. The defendant shall pay 50,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from October 9, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

On March 16, 2011, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the claim for the amount borrowed under the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch of 201Ga375, and “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 50 million won and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from February 23, 2011 to the date of full payment” was sentenced to the judgment in favor of the Plaintiff, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive around that time. On July 16, 2020, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit (application for the instant payment order) with a view to suspending the extinctive prescription of the claim based on the above final and conclusive judgment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
