On October 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased shares of 5,125 square meters in the land of Geum-gu, Busan (hereinafter “the instant forest”); (b) on March 19, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of land by installing a steel network at approximately 120 meters in volume around the entrance of the above access road and its surrounding area; (c) on the ground that the instant forest is located in the instant forest and land, for ten years or longer; (d) the Busan Geum-gu E field using village residents; (e) the F field in the same Dong area; and (e) the G answer in the same Dong area; and (e) the access road leading to H field in the same Dong area is included in the instant forest and the passage of village residents without paying any toll.
