[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a CKaren car.

At around 16:00 on September 2, 2014, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle with alcohol content of 0.057% while driving the said vehicle at around e art room D without a driver’s license, and driving it on the front side of the e art room D at the e art room at the e art room at the e art room at the e art room at the emp. 3 square, as above, received the back portion of the victim F (F, 24 years old) G K5 passenger car at the front side of the said emp car due to the negligence of neglecting the embbling and failing to properly operate the steering and steering devices.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above.

2. On September 22, 2014, the Defendant driving C car with alcohol content of about 0.057% in a section of about 500 meters from the 500-meter distance to the cosmetic road located in D, which was under the influence of alcohol due to around 16:00 of the road traffic law and road traffic law (free license driving).
