Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2015 Highise 2093 is the third representative director of a corporation with the first floor underground of the building in Gangnam-gu, who runs the volatile business using ten regular workers;
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant is working from May 26, 2014 to July 31, 2014 at the above workplace.
D's total amount of 2,078,738 won in May 2014, including 299,458 won, 1,779,280 won in July, 201, did not pay 2,078,738 won within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
2. The defendant of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2015 high-level 227 is the user who is a C representative director of a corporation with the first floor underground of the building in Gangnam-gu and operates a sports facility operating business with ten regular workers;
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Provided, That in special circumstances, the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties.
Nevertheless, the Defendant is working from July 21, 2014 to August 31, 2014 at the above workplace.
Retired E’s wages of 1,450,50,500 won in August 2014 and work from April 11, 2014 to September 30, 2014.
Withdrawn F’s total wage of KRW 4,093,229, including the wage of KRW 1,668,734 in July 2014, and the wage of KRW 973,95 in September 2014, did not pay KRW 4,093,229 within 14 days from the date of each retirement without any agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties.
3. The Defendant of Gangnam-gu Seoul is an employer who operates G and C in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The Defendant shall work at the relevant workplace from August 25, 2014 to September 25, 2014.
Wages of retired workers H 2,062,934 won shall be due.
