1. The Defendant’s KRW 138,193,374 as well as 6% per annum from December 31, 2018 to June 12, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment made without oral pleadings)
3. The portion of a claim for delay damages exceeding 12% per annum since June 13, 2019, as the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019.
