1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,00,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from September 29, 2019 to October 15, 2020 to the Plaintiff, and the following.

Reasons

1. On September 15, 2017, the indication of the claim: (a) the Plaintiff: (b) the Plaintiff, on the lease of the entire lease deposit amount of 37 million won, from September 29, 2017 to September 28, 2019; (c) the notification of the refusal to renew the lease deposit; (d) the termination of the contract on the delivery of the instant house before the expiration of the period of the lease deposit - the occurrence of the obligation to return the said lease deposit (the delivery date of the copy of the complaint: October 15, 2020) by setting the lease deposit amount of 37 million won; and (e) the lease of the entire lease deposit; (e) the notification of the refusal to renew one month prior to the expiration of the period of the lease; and (e) the occurrence of the obligation
